Stock designs
If you order a stock design, your order will be processed and a proof sent to you usually within 2-3 business days. After your proof is approved by you, your card order will be sent to the printer and it takes approximately 4-5 business days for your cards to be printed then shipped.
Your cards will be shipped to you directly from our printer via UPS. Ground shipping is free for custom designed business cards (doesn't apply to in-stock non-personalized/imprinted designs). Other shipping options are UPS 3-Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air. Please let us know if you prefer one of these shipping options before we send your order to the printer.
Custom Design Work
Chick caricature art orders take 7-10 days for a proof, depending on the number of orders we have. The Chickadee style, including the Wedding and other Special packages take more time as each graphic is drawn and created just for you. Sometimes we will email you for additional information. Once a proof is created, we'll email it to you for review. At that time, you can tell us if there are any modifications that you'd like. We'll make the changes then send you your file/s. Please be patient as the creative process cannot be rushed. (thanks!) Feel free to check in at any time and we'll be happy to provide an update for you.
Our chick graphics and personalized business cards make great gifts - either to yourself or a friend! Please order early for gift-giving. We are happy to do a rush order for you, but a Rush Order Fee may apply.
